Sighting: At an elevation of 400ft above sea level, looking north west.
Bedroom window, using 10x50 binoculars (for close up only)
Saw elongated craft, flashing red and white and blue.
It was cigar-shaped with 1 white light on its side to rear, 3 white lights foward of centre and 1 white light forwards.
Time from sighting to making report 12 minutes.
Weather was calm, clear, becoming misty, stars still visible, as per drawing.
