Hello ,
My name is James and I live Langley Mill, Notts: My house backs onto fields and looks out over a small village called Horsley Woodhouse.
As I went to bed on sat nov 7th , well it would be the 8th because the time was 1.36 am. I went into the back bedroom to close the curtains, as I looked out I could see a bright orange or red light. This was about 3 miles from me over some hills.
The light was moving very slow, going west, then changed it's path and went south , then seemed to stop for a few mins.
This light was no plane or helecopter, way too big for that.
The police helecopter lands up the road from me and is out all the time, so I know what it's lights are like.
Anyway. after it had stopped for a few mins, it moved slightly, then just left without trace.
The whole time period was 3 mins. Has there been any other sightings that night? Many thanks
