Racton, West Sussex, UK, 29. 01.2010

Whilst parked up in a layby on the Emsworth Common Road, near Racton, I watched this object carefully, as it flew at very low altitude.
Rather than just a single light, I could see that it was two white orbs, flying
together, no naviigation lights, and no sound. 
It flew over my car, than I watched it fly toward Chichester, West Sussex.
When it came over the car, my camera shut down, and I know the batteries were fully charged, and when I got home it was working again.
Other people definitely saw this object as well, because cars were slowing down to have a look.
