Message: I was out in the garden with my wife and kids, looked up and saw a silver ball high up in the sky.
It appeared to be spinning slowly and every 2 seconds would shine brightly as though the sun caught it.

It appeared to be spinning slowly and every 2 seconds would shine brightly as though the sun caught it.
[The shining was very regular, every 2 seconds].
This observation was made for around one minute by three people in total, (including myself), who all gave this same description.
The 'Ball' was completely stationary and after around one minute it moved eastward very slowly and vanished.
In my opinion it did not vanish by
moving out of sight range but rather just disappeared.
