If you have either pictures and/or video of the object/phenomenon, then you will be given the option to upload them after you have successfully submitted your written report.

Our aim is to investigate and take sighting reports for inclusion into a national database of UFO records. Please fill out the form to the best of your knowledge, by listing the time, the place, the size and the conditions.
