It was just after midnight on new years day and I had gone outside to watch the fireworks. To the south infront of me was a large display and to the east also another from Liverpool on the horizon.
Just between my line of sight of the two displays was a large bright orange light. The object was silent and remained static for quite some time. It then proceeded to slowly decend into a nearby field. Just before this thing hit the ground it became brighter then disappeared.
From over my shoulder appeared another identical sphere travelling at enorumous speed: That too was silent. The second object stopped dead, Without any sign of inertia directly above the location of the previous sphere. After a small break of only a few short seconds it rapidly acended upwards and eastwards through the clouds and off into the distance where it finally escaped my sight.
I quickly re-entered the house to inform my partners mother, who said that the week before the same thing had been spotted hovering over the farm house by a neighbour. as this occured over a dairy farm and livery yard, i was astonished to find that none of the animals were disturbed in the slightest by the passing objects...they acted like it was an everyday occurence.
